What were the reasons for starting your project?
The nursery garden was looking tired and was becoming unsafe due to uneven surfaces and tarmac lifting in areas due to tree roots.

How did you discover Sovereign and why did you choose us?
We did some research and spoke with several companies. Sovereign offered the best customer care and went the extra mile to visit site and chat about all the options available to us. They also offer great after care service and warranty in comparison to other companies, we felt choosing sovereign was the best choice for us and our small setting.

What was your experience of our design and installation process?
Marc was always on hand to discuss our options and talk with the design team to make our visions come to life. He spent time chatting with us about our options and how to get the most form our space.

The installation team, especially the wet pour servicing team were second to none. They put our minds at rest and worked tirelessly. Much thanks to Andrew and Johnny. Steve the carpenter fitted the most amazing fence and gate that finishes the space beautifully whilst providing additional security and safety.

How has our equipment impacted or benefitted your school/organisation?
The new surfacing has given us peace of mind, and we are seeing a reduced number of accidents. We have more space for the children to navigate and hold some fun activities for the children and team to enjoy.  Opened areas and clear sight to all areas of the garden, creating a safer space. The floor designs are more visually inviting for the children and team.

What was your overall experience of having Sovereign fulfil your project?
Hayley was always on hand should I need her or if I had a question or query. She even made sure I was aware of when to expect the installation teams.  The customer care from everyone I spoke with at Sovereign office right through to the picture taking at the end of the project was 5 stars.
