A Buyer’s Guide for Playground Markings

If you’re contemplating on buying brand new playground markings from Sovereign, we recommend that you take notice of our following suggestions first.

Condition of the surface

The surface you want the graphics applied to must be free of dirt, dust, chemicals and any significant oily substances.

We can’t supply thermoplastic markings on top of old or cold plastic, however, they can be applied over existing thermoplastics that are well adhered to the surface.

You must ensure that there are no loose aggregates on the surface that the markings will be applied to.

We may need to charge extra for the preparation and cleaning of the surface prior to its marking if this has not been done beforehand. All designs include the detail and lettering shown. Additional details and personalised alterations can be undertaken subject to price verification.
