Having 2 young children of my own, I understand the needs and quality of children’s playground equipment. Having spent endless hours on weekends and evenings pushing them on swings, chasing them around playgrounds and pretending to be cars on floor road markings, I know the joy it brings to children (and adults). When the opportunity came about to join Sovereign and help create playgrounds for all children to enjoy, I knew it was a role I couldn’t turn down.
Outside of work, I spend my time with my children, either watching my son play football for his Sunday league team or performing gymnastics shows with my daughter. Both of which help me stay young. I also enjoy going to the gym, running and playing football of an evening.
Favourite piece of Sovereign Play equipment:
Log Swing with Basket Seat – Both of my children would agree as it is the first thing they try and go on when we go to the park. There is so many different ways you can use and enjoy it, and there is always a queue to get on it!
Best thing about my job:
Being able to bring people’s designs to life and create playgrounds tailored to each individual’s needs.
Favourite playtime game as a child:
Football and still is today.
