Sovereign had previously collaborated with Stanwix Rural Parish Council to install three swing sets, a flat seat, cradle seat, and basket seat swing in the same area, the council sought to further enhance the playground by replacing their old play tower. Their existing play tower had deteriorated to the point of being condemned, leaving a gap in the provision of engaging and safe play opportunities for children.
