”Just a letter to say thank you so much, to yourself (Justin, Area Manager), and the people that helped us over the phone and email! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, from the delivery driver, also Gary, who was replying to my text messages at 11:30pm on a Friday as the builder was coming the next day, Paul Jaques, who helped with the roof and explained other things, sent me more images, explained floor surfacing calculations, the person who answered the phone in reception, the person who sent me a small spares pack and the panel and extra piece of wood which was missing. Even the person who spoke to Gary and Paul, and gave me their numbers and told them I needed help (I think he had something to do with the drawings/production).
So many people love it, it blends in as it’s wooden, no silly colours, there is so much to do, and the kids stay on it all day long! We have had bookings just because we now have a play area.
